Spaghetti Bolognese

This classic spaghetti bolognese is a real family favourite.

Serves: 3 - 4


350g lean mince

250g Diamond Spaghetti

1 cup pasta sauce

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Finely grated cheese


Brown the mince in a frying pan. Cook the spaghetti to packet directions. Drain well. Return to the saucepan and mix through the pasta sauce. Mix in the mince and heat for one minute, tossing gently to heat the sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley and topped with cheese.
