Leftover Mac and Cheese Balls

Got some leftover mac n cheese? Try turning it into these mac n cheese balls for another meal idea.

Ingredients

Leftover Macaroni Cheese or 1 box Diamond Macaroni Cheese

1/4 cup peas (frozen or tinned)

50g ham chopped 

1 egg, beaten 

1/2 cup flour 

1/2 box Diamond Coat’n’cook original

 

Method

Mix in peas and ham into left Macaroni Cheese (or prepare Macaroni Cheese according to the packet instructions and allow to cool). 

Use a spoon to scoop out the cooled mac & cheese and make into small balls. Dust the balls with flour, dip them in beaten egg, then coat well in the Coat ’n’ cook. Cook in the airfryer for 6-8 minutes at 170°C. Serve while hot.
