Heat 3 Tablespoons Oil in a large fry pan over a medium heat.
Add the rice mix and fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Stir occasionally.
Add 3 3/4 Cups of hot water. Add flavour sachet and mix.
Turn down to low. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Enjoy as is - or add your cooked vegetables and protein & cook until additions are warmed through.
