Brown the mince in a frying pan large enough to hold all the ingredients. Mix in the pasta sauce, soup mix spinach and beef stock. Bring to the boil. Lay enough pasta over the mixture to cover it. Mix into the mince mixture.
Reduce the heat to simmer the mixture. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Check the mixture after 15 minutes and add a little more stock if it is drying out. Cooking time will depend on the size of the frying pan. It is important the mixture simmers to prevent drying out.
Sprinkle with cheese and grill until golden.
