Baked feta and tomato pasta

Have you heard of baked feta and tomato pasta? It’s so easy and delicious. We love the creamy feta with fresh basil and salty olives. Yum!

Serves: 4


1 block (200g) feta cheese

4 cups cherry tomatoes

¼ cup Olivado avocado oil and basil

Salt and pepper

2 tsp chilli flakes, optional

½ pack (250g) Diamond penne pasta

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 cup assorted pitted olives

⅓ cup Superb Herb basil leaves, torn


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large oven proof dish add tomatoes. Place the feta block in the middle and drizzle with oil, then season with salt and pepper and chilli flakes (optional). Bake for 35 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook penne pasta as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Once the tomato and feta are cooked, add garlic, olives and basil and stir well. Add cooked pasta, stir to cover and serve while hot. Yum!
